Cx. Eucommiae Du Zhong 8-16g Tonifies the Kidneys and Liver, strengthens the sinews and bones, tonifies Kidney Yang and aids the smooth flow of Qi and Blood.
With Xu Duan, tonifies the Liver and Kidneys, strengthens the lower back and secures the Chong and Ren channels to treat aching in the lower back and knees and weakness of the legs which makes walking difficult.
Rz. Cibotii Gou Ji 4.5-15g Tonifies the Liver and Kidneys, strengthens the sinews and bones, expels Wind-Dampness, relieves Bi syndrome, warms and stabilizes the Kidneys and prevents leakage.
With Dang Gui, for a long term disease leading to lower extremity swelling.
With Du Zhong and Niu Xi, for Liver and Kidney Yang Deficiency causing weak legs and pain, stiffness and motor impairment of the low back.
Fr. Psoraliae Bu Gu Zhi 3-9g Tonifies the Kidneys, strengthens Yang, stabilizes Jing and astringes urine.
Rx. Achyranthis Bidentatae Niu Xi 6-16g Invigorates the Blood, expels Blood Stasis, nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin, strengthens the sinews and bones and benefits the joints.
With Du Zhong, for low back and extremity pain and weakness due to Bi pain or Kidney Deficiency.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, disperses Cold and alleviates pain.
Rx. Paeoniae Rubra Chi Shao 4.5-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and relieves pain.
Rx. Dipsaci Xu Duan 6-21g Tonifies the Liver and Kidneys, strengthens the sinews and bones, promotes the movement of Blood and alleviates pain.
With Du Zhong and Niu Xi, for deficient Kidneys or Cold-Damp Bi causing low back and leg pain and weakness and contracture of the leg muscles.
Rz. Corydalis Yan Hu Suo 3-12g Invigorates the Blood, circulates Qi, stops pain and disperses extravasation.
Flos Carthami Hong Hua 3-10g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, opens the channels and alleviates pain.
